how to syncronize calander to mobile phone

Is there a download available that will allow sync between mobile phone
(Razor) and Outlook calander?
 
No, you need to purchase it, Motorolla Razr Phone tools, you can get it on
ebay, along with the cable to connect to computer for between $10 and $15
