how to synchronize with pda without exchange

Hi all,

I have a question concerning synchronizing outlook (e-mail and calendar)
with a pda.
I know this is possible with exchange 2003. What if we haven't got exchange.
Is there some other solution
possible??

Oops...I forgot to tell the most important thing. We have to synchronize via
GPRS and not via Activesync.

I don´t know if there are tools available who support a "Web access" or a
Web synchronization for a PDA.
