How to sync to k750i?

Is there any way to sync my library with Sony Ericsson k750i mobile
phone(WMP10)?I tried that and got no good result.WMP10 converts all the
music to .wma which my mobile phone doesn't support.k750i only supports
playing .mp3, .wav, .aac audio formats along 3gp for video.Even worse,WMP
doesn't allow me to choose my desired formats and/or bit rates! ):
I've tried synchronizing with Winamp and it does a great job.Using Winamp,I
can convert my files to many formats and bit rates and sync them
effortlessly!
But,whereas I am addicted to WMP,I want to use it for the sync job. Please
tell me how to do so?

What you mean by saying "Its hell-welldone even with any support"?
I just want to know if Windows Media Player 10 supports file conversion and
quality-level adjustment when synching files to a k750i mass storage
device??I read in the help file that it's compatible with mass storage class
devices and since my cellphone is also of the same kind,WMP should have NO
trouble doing the synch job!

Okay,
Now that I've tried WMP11 too,I'm sure it is actually a piece of crap that
it only deals with the cursed 'Play for sure' devices and its support for
portable devices is hell limited!
Now I can understand "It's hell well done even with any support!". That
means when I can't choose my custom bit rates and formats then I must put
down WMP in the hell and stick to Winamp!
