How to stop receive the same emails twice

All,

One user in my organization always receive the same emails twice. There is
no rules and only one exchange account on his outlook (2003).

Does anyone know why this happen and how to stop this?

Is the recipient's address in a distribution group multiple times?
Can you confirm the message is the same? (MessageID, sent time in message
headers?).
Internal AND external emails?
Is the message duplicated in OWA? Or just using Outlook?

you can't have more than one Exchange MAPI account
