I originally created a program in excel 97, and the program has sinc
been used in excel 2000 and saved as such. Now both computers ar
running on excel 97 but when i save and close the program says:

"the file was created using a later version of Microsoft Excel. If yo
save this file using Microsoft Excel 97, information created wit
features in the later version may be lost.

-to retain the information in the original file, click No, and use th
SaveAs command (File menu) to save the file with a different name.
-to continue with the Save, click Yes.
Continue with Save?

Yes or No"

Is there any way to block this pop-up message form coming up, or i
there a way to make it so that this version will only run as 97
