How to stop Outlook Express from removing attachments

Hi

Would anyone know how to stop Outlook Express from removing attachments from
incoming mail?
I have been trying to receive an email attachment from someone and it keeps
on removing it (greying it out) so that I cannot open it.

Go to Tools || Options || Security || un-check the box relating to
attachments (3 or 4 I think)
