How to stop duplicating incoming emails to Outlook?

Receiving multiple, duplicate incoming emails to my Outlook account. Seems
every few minutes, the same emails are received. There are thousands. Help!
 
And your configuration would be...? (mindreader is down today, you'll need
to use the keyboard instead)
