How to stop a prompt for sending mail created by third party prog.

I am using myob to send statements etc to our customers. but if i use email
it comes up with a prompt to confirm that i want to send this email. i then
have to wait 3 seconds to click an okay button... but it will do this for
EVERY email being sent. when you have several hundred customers it becomes
very impractical. how can i stop outlook 2003 from making this pormpt

That's an MYOB problem. It's not written to correctly handle the Outlook
