How to start Word in Printlayout instead of Weblayout.

I'm using Outlook 2003, with Word 2003 as my text-editor.
When I start a new email, Word starts in Web-layout.
How can I set Word to start every time in Printlayout?
 
Try opening Word by itself, switching to Print layout, then closing Word.
