I have created a group in Outlook.
Can you explain what you mean? Outlook doesn't have any contruct called a
"group". Outlook Express does. Outlook has "Distribution Lists"
I would like to print the names of
the group members in alphabetical order by last name but the list
always sorted by first name. Did I do something wrong?
My experimenation shows that the address book display uses the Contact
item's Subject field, displayed alphabetically. Open a contact and select
the All Fields tab. In the "Select from" drop-down, specify the "All
Contact" or "All Mail Fields" value and observe the "Subject" field. I
believe you'll find it matches what you see in the address book. I modified
that field for one of my contacts and it was displayed in the address book
as "Last, First" after that.
