When we are sending mails to group or individuals how can I enable to show
like "UNDISCLOSED RECIPENTS" in the to field.
I'm using outlook 2003 service pack1

Outlook doesn't support that directly.

Create a contact with that as the display name - use your address as the
email address. put everyone else in the BCC field.

This "feature" is supported in Outlook Express but not in Outlook.
Create a contact with this name and your own email-adress and put this
contact in to the to-field, the recipients put in to the bcc-field.

SP2 is now available
