how to show the total products sold

I have created a excel sheet which has data in columns, which are column D
called Products and column F called Quantity. this data is made up from a
list using VLOOKUP for bothe columns.

column D (Products) has the following data (D539) :

Basically can someone help me to count how many of each product (column D)
has been selected and how many quantities (COLUMN F).
