How to share multiple folders and subfolders

Can I share a folder and all of it's subfolders at once or do I have to click
on each folder individually and change the rights? I need to share someone's
entire inbox, including many many subfolders and I don't want to have to
click on each one individually. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
