How to share Distribution lists?

I've got a Distribution List created in my Outlook 2003 on my desktop.. I
want to share that over to my notebook without having to manually retype all
of the addresses. suggestions?
 
Copy or export the contacts/distribution lists to another PST file then
import/copy the info into the notebook's Contacts folder
