how to setup windows mail using aol

I have no idea how to setup windows mail using aol. I have tried using advise
that is posted, but when i try to send e-mail it doesn't work. Now I have
deleted that account and want to start fresh, can someone help PLEASE????

click on Tools - Accounts - Add

What do I put for incoming and outgoing mail using aol, and do i click on the
outgoing server needs authenticaion tab??

set of AOL instructions that may be clearer for you:

Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but they work fine for
Windows Mail.
