Hi there,
I'm new on wi-fi networking or even wired networking. I bought a
laptop few days ago. It has a PCI wi-fi card and I bought wi-fi usb adapter
for my desktop. The deal is that I wanna connect them together so that I can
transfer file from the desktop to the laptop. Can some one help me here?
yours, Jaafer

Windows Help & Support has a lot of information, and there's a network
setup wizard that will guide you through the process. Start by
*thoroughly* reading the documentation that came with the laptop and the
USB adaptor.

Upgrade to SP2 and then use the new wireless wizard to setup your
wireless card and adapter. It really makes setting up a wireless
network easy. Have fun.
