how to set up updates to run unattended

Hi,

I download an update from the microsoft site, I want to
run an unattended setup in that the NEXT, OK buttons are
selected automatically without the user intervention.
Thanks for your response I will be checking my email.
 
if you go into control panel, automatic updates, there is an option to
do auto download and INSTALL... when doen it will tell you to reboot...
