How to set up the rule for cc address

Hi,
I've subscribed to a mailing list for some application forum and whenever
the new entry is posted I'm getting the Outlook e-mail and cc address list
contains that forum address.
So I'm trying to set the following rule:
whenever I get the e-mail from that forum (included in the cc address) I
want to move the email to the newly created Outlook folder "WebApp".
But in the "Rules Wizard" window I can only see the "where my mane is in the
Cc box" option.
Does anyone knows about this option?

Use another condition. The list address should be the sender, so use "from
people or distribution list" or "with specific words in the sender's
address".
