How to set up profiles with Novell.

Hi,

I am using Windows XP pro Sp2 with Novell client 4.90 Sp2
I notice that whenever fresh new users sign on, Novell creats a profile for
them locally to windows as well based on there login name and password. The
problem is that after they login, they have a desktop that only has the
recycle bin and thier Start menu is not set as the Classic View.

I would like to change the way all users log into Windows XP globally. I
would like all users to have the same desktop view and the same Start menu
view.
How do i go about administrating this?
