Yeah--they published that, but didn't reference any of the bugs involved:

1) times between 12 noon and 12:59 pm inclusive don't work.
2) 10:00 AM looks strange in the UI, but does work
3) scans scheduled for a specific day of the week will take place two days
prior to the day scheduled.

All of these bugs were present on the day that article was published and
haven't changed in the intervening 3 and a half months.
