How to set up a group mailing list in Outlook 07

How do I set up a group email list in Outlook 07? I've been using it for
several months, and have tried & tried to figure it out, but am not having
any luck.

All of my contacts are personal contacts, so I have only one main contact
list. However, I'd like to set up a specific mailing list of about 30
addresses to use over & over.

I can't believe I've been trying to find that for nearly a year now & it was
so easy! I guess I just wasn't using the correct 'search' terms. I also
found out by sheer accident last night that my "Help" file for Outlook was
never installed with my original installation.

You might find it more efficient to use Categories rather than a
Distribution List.....
