How to set the "descritption" or how to import one ?

I like to import birthdays etc. into my outlook from
another application. I would like to set the attribute,
which is called "description" in the german version. But
it has no matching import category for that nor (in VBA)
has the appointmentitem a property that matches that. It
is the property that gives a colour on the appointment,
depending on which categorie you choose (eg. birthday,
anniversary, etc.) (I don't know how it is called in
english).
Anyone has an idea ? Thanks.

It's called Label in English and it's available for neither import nor
export unless you write custom CDO 1.21 code (See
