How to set the default folder for file insert

Hello, When inserting (attaching) a file in Outlook (2007), I would like to
change the default folder location the program goes to. At the moment this is
the location where WORD files are stored.

The Insert function always pulls from My Documents. You must change that
location in Windows, which will affect ALL applications that look in My
Documents by default. There are two ways to move the location of My
Documents. The first is my right-clickintg My Documents on your desktop,
choosing Properties, then clicking Move. The other way is described here:
