How to set table default to not allow rows to break (2007)

Is there some way on Word 2007 to set the default so that any tables
added to a document will have the "Allow rows to break across a page"
setting turned OFF?

Thanks

You can insert an example table, clear the "Allow table row to break across
pages" option for all rows, and then create an AutoText/building block entry
from it. Insert this whenever you need that formatting.

An alternative would be to define a table style where you clear the
"Allow..." setting. But see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/tablestyles/index.html before you try this.
