How to set IE options manually?

Hi!

How can I set Internet Explorer options manually I found this: but dont know
how to use it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AdvancedOptions

Its in the registry.
