To set shared protect for everyone on the network drive
for a particular directory is right click to directory and
go to PROPERTIES, then Sharing then shared this folder,
then set it up. This is only for the subdirectory but the
subdirectories and files under this directoy still not set
for shared yet. Does some one know how to set once and
everythings(files and subdirectories) under automatically
set too?

When you share a folder, all of its contents are available through the
share - subfolders, files - everything. The share permissions are the
permissions to access the share. To set permissions on the folders and
files, use the security tab. From there you can apply new permissions to
all child folders and files at once.
