how to set a meeting on second and fourth Tuesday, etc?

How to schedule a recurring meeting for the second and fourth Tuesday of the
month? Outlook lets you schedule for the second Tuesday OR the fourth
Tuesday but NOT both. Have tried shift+click and ctrl+click to select
muliple days from the drop down list, that did not work.

Two appointments, one for the second Tuesday and one for the second
Thursday.

That should have been "fourth Tuesday", but the main idea holds: two
appointments.
 
Figured as much. There is NO reason why Outlook could not handle multiple
selections, please forward this DEFECT report to the outlook developers.
