How to set a custom header as a row from the spreadsheet?

In Excel, how do I set a custom header as a row from the spreadsheet? Excel
provides custom header options for date, time, etc. I want the header to be
the column headings I have entered at the top of the spreadsheet.

In File, Page Setup, Sheet tab there are places to select "rows to repeat at
top" and "columns to repeat at left". If you tell it to repeat the first row
(or whichever row it is you'd like repeated), it should appear at the top of
each page (sort of like a header).

I don't think you can put this on the actual header but you can display the
names of the column on each printed page.

Use the FILE/PAGE SETUP menu
Go to the SHEET TAB
Under the Rows to appear at top option use the icon to select the row 1

This will allow you to see the row at the top of each page. This is a good
way to handle title type info as well

good luck
