How to send the deleted files from Server to local Recycle Bin

Hi,

I support have a group of users who have home store some
files on the Server's directories. These directories are
mapped for the users when they log on to the network from
a client workstation (Win95/98/ME/2K/XP). Currently i
have the problem when users deleted the files from the
Server but the deleted file will not appear on client /
workstation's Recycle Bin. I was thinking that if it were
possible to configure the server and/or the clients /
workstations (Win95/98/ME/2K/XP) to send files deleted
from a network directory to the local Recycle Bin instead
of being permanently deleted, because sometime after users
deleted the files or accidently deleted the files, might
need retrieve back existing files.

Please assists

No - you cannot do what you want with the basic Windows Server products.
There are third party product that can provide the functionality you
require.
example being
Executive Software Undelete 3.0
