How to send my contacts?

How do I give my contacts to another person. I don't want to share I just want to sent someone my contact list so that they can use it.

Create a new PST. Create a Contacts folder in that PST. Copy all your
contacts to that folder. Close the PST. Zip it up and mail it to the other
person.
