Dear All,

winxp-2, connected to each other via cross cable, having the ip
192.168.0.1 & 0.2. I want to know whether there is any way to send the
messege using ping or another command on the second machine & vice
versa.
Second qurey is that suppose if I want to use CMD command in win98
instead of using COMMAND, in the Run option.
Plz help, if u know the better solution
Reagrds,
Himanshu

The NET SEND command will let you send a message on a network. Open a
command prompt and type NET SEND /? for details.

You cannot use the NT command interpreter (CMD) on a Windows 98 computer.
