Guest

Dear all,

I would like to send email to some users but I want that addressees don't
show the other users which the email has been send.

P.S. : I don't want to use the field bcc (cci in french)

Thanks for your support,
Job

Use Mail Merge instead. Select your Contacts folder and choose Tools-> Mail
Merge

Hi All,

but if you'll need to attach a file in mail merge, you'll need in our Mail
Merge Toolkit:

http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/mail_merge/

You'll save a time, if you'll choose our Send Personally add-in instead of
mail merge:

http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/

;-)

Dear Robert,

I don't have those menus you describe. I use Outlook 2003 and I want to use
users from Exchange 2000 and not contacts.
Do you have any solutions ?

Job

Hi Job,

You mean users from your organisation? That is not directly possible. The
eassiest way to go from here is to either add them to your contacts or ask
your mail admin to make an export of the Global Address List to an Excel
sheet.

Note that the Mail Merge option should be there. Make sure you are in the
Contacts folder or it won't be visible to you. You can also use Mail Merge
from within Word.

If you go for the MAPILab add-in you can use "4PM76A8" to get a discount
when ordering.

Regards,
