How To Send An E-mail As An Attachment

I need to have an e-mail sent to my ISP as an attachment without
losing the header, etc. They want to analyze the routing. How do you
send a complete e-mail message as an attachment?

The original message was created with Outlook 2002.

We usually recommend Forwarding the message inline and pasting the header
you copied into the message before forwarding. This insures the header
doesn't get removed in the process.

Thanks. What I am trying to do is to retrieve a message intact that I
sent to someone else. I guess I could have them do as you suggest and
paste the header into the body of the text before sending it back to
me.
