How to send a meeting invitation from another account in Outlook?

When sending an email, you can choose which account to use, other than the
default account (if you have more than one account). This is easy using the
Accounts button on the toolbar. But I don't see how I can send an invitation
from another account in Calendar - there's no Accounts button on the toolbar,
and no Accounts button available in the Customize menus.

When I open a new invitaiton with File>New>Meeting Request of my clicking the
down arrow just to the right of the New button, there is an Accounts button to
the right of Send. I'm using Outlook 2003 at the moment. What are you using?
