How to send a group of addresses to blocked list

How can I send a group of addresses to the blocked list (spam/junk) at once,
instead of one by one?
 
You can't. Note that adding each and every address to the Junk List doesn't
improve the filter as most of the addresses are spoofed and only used once.
Only add addresses that are used repeatedly.
