How can I search for word in the Entire Workbook. Right now I can only do
that by manually switching to a different sheet and searching again for the
same word.

In versions before 2002 (XP) group the sheets (Ctrl + click tabs
(non-contiguous) or shift + click tabs (contiguous)) and then do your search

The option to search the entire book is built into Excel XP and 2003

XL97 will not do a search over grouped sheets.

However, it will do a replace over grouped sheets.
