how to search for a document created on a specific date

I am trying to find which documents were created on a certain date. I am
searching for that date, but it gives me documents that contain that date or
that were accidently saved with such date. I am wanting documents only
created on specific date.

Use Windows Search to find ALL documents (eg on your computer or under My
Documents). Display the list in Details mode. Right-click the column heads
and Select Columns'. Check 'Date Created' to add it to the columns
displayed. Sort on that column. All the documents created on your target
date will fall together.

In Windows Search, check the box for Date, then select "files Created" in
the list box and enter your desired date for both "Between" and "and."
