How to schedule restart?

anybody has idea how to schedule restart on w2k server?
obviously, i need to make script

restart.bat.


any advice?

i just done it on xp, it works perfect, but on windows w2k server doesnt.
actually, it doesnt have shutdown.exe.
what is equal shutdown.exe (xp) on w2k???

find the file called shutdown.exe on your Win XP machine and copy it to
the system path of your W2k PC's
