how to schedule an email

How can I schedule an email to be sent to a recipenant at a scheduled time in
outlook 2003
 
Open email | Options button (in the toolbar) | Delivery options | Check "Do
not deliver before" and set a Date and Time.
 
Mate. Make the email. Then click the Options button and set it to=be sent
at a certain time using the Do not deliver before settings.
