Please let me know how can i carry my mails from one pc to aother. Can i copy
my mails as files on a floppy disc and how? Also please tell what is the
default extension of outlook mail files so that they can be located and
copied.

If the above is possible then how do use the copied files on another PC's
outlook?

Any reply is greatfully accepted

Outlook's extension for the file that contains your mail, contacts, etc. is
*.pst.

Unfortunately, this file is usually MUCH too large to be able to transfer
onto a floppy disk. Copying the file onto a CD will work. You would then
copy the file from the CD onto the new computer's hard drive, remove the
"read only" attribute that the CD will put on the file and open the .pst
file in Outlook. Be careful not to overwrite any existing .pst files when
you transfer them.
