Does anyone know where monitor xcalibration profiles created in Adobe Gamma are stored? I have several that I want to save before rebuilding a hard drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might try Adobe's support site. Adobe is not an XP
program.

Probably %systemroot%\System32\Spool\Drivers\Color

If you don't find them there. Check Adobe's support site.
