I want to route all incoming request to asp.net so that the asp.net
rewrite http module can works even when the request has no extension,
i.e. http://yoursite/products/beverages

It's works now, I add .* in the IIS application mapping, and a key to
note, uncheck the "check that file exists".

You need to map .* to the aspnet_isapi.dll in IIS. Do a google for that.
