How to rotate wav sounds

Is there any little program that would let me set something like my email
sound to play from a list of random .wavs I choose ?

As a programmer myself, I have not heard of one, but sounds like a fun idea
for an app.

I play all sorts of audio files randomly from WinAmp.

Well the email notification... it would be nice to copy a number of wavs to
a folder and everytime you get mail it either randomly picks or goes in
order

Perhaps, but sometimes those sort of apps get downloaded the most.
