How to reverse table updated by select query in Access?

I did a select query using the wizard, deleted all the "no" fields and it
updated my main database table that way... all the "no"'s deleted. How can I
reverse this?

If you mean you deleted some records and you want them restored, then your
only solution is to go to your backup and get the records. If you have no
backup then there is no way to get the records back. You can't undo a
delete.
