how to retrive mails in a folder

I want to retrive all the mails in a particular folder of a particular e
mail account which is configure with my outlook.

I have two accounts which are configured with my outlook.

Please do rply as soon as possible.

Set up a Rule to move all emails received in the particular account to the
relevant folder.....
