How to retrieve data through data access forms using primary key?

Please ask a comprehsensible question ASAP.

What's the structure of your Form? Do you have the Primary Key
displayed on the form in a textbox? If so, have you tried selecting
that field and clicking the Binoculars tool in the toolbar; or have
you tried using Query By Form?
