I just delete an important Contact in my Outlook. I desparately want to
recover it. Pls help/advise. Thanks

If so, then it would be in your Deleted Items Folder.

Dear Valentine!
In "Deleted Items" do not have contacts deleted, just the Inbox mail items
deleted only. It seems that after 1 day, we can not recover any contact
deleted. Is that so?

That would depend on the settings you have specified for your Deleted Items
folder.
