How to restore VBScript Script File

I have deleted VBScript Script File from FolderOptions/FileTypes. How
can I restore it?

I just wanted to recover the file in the list of File Types. Is the attached
file for doing this? I could do this by the way as suggested in Kelly's post,
but I am interested to know what does this file do.

Is the attached file for doing this?
Yes

The REG file creates the .VBS file association in the registry.

Unzip the file and extract the REG file to the Desktop.
To view the contents of the REG file, open with Notepad.
