how to restore the screen appearance

l left the system on but it is not set for hybernation
after some time screen became blur and glare with low brightness and
irratiating to look at i tried to change different color schemes but it did
not change and so any help

Attach the computer to a different monitor. Does the problem still
happen? If it doesn't, then you know your original monitor is dying and
will need to be replaced. If the problems follow the computer, either
1) try updating your video card drivers; 2) replace the video card.
