how to restore a deleted acess database

I have accidentally deleted all the records in a database is there any way to
reclaim those records. My database resides on a server if this will help. I
thought I had a copy of the database but I cannot find it, and no I did not
do a back up of the database.
 
If you deleted records from a table, they are gone.
Do your network people back up the server regularly? Maybe they can restore
it for you. Otherwise, you are out of luck.
